Detectives are investigating a robbery that occurred at the Trustco Bank branch at 1048 State Street (corner of Brandywine Avenue) at about 9:15 this morning.

A white female entered the bank and handed a teller a note demanding money. The woman implied that she had a gun, but none was displayed. The teller complied with the woman’s demand and gave her an amount of money that is not being disclosed at this time. The woman then left the bank and was last seen walking westbound on State Street.

No one was injured in the incident.

The suspect is described as 5’2”, thin build, blonde hair, in her 30’s. She was wearing a white puffy winter coat, blue jeans, and a light-colored scarf across her face.
