SUBJECT:DOWNTOWN TRUSTCO BANK BRANCH ROBBED

Detectives are investigating a robbery that occurred at the Trustco Bank branch at 320 State Street at about 10:20 this morning.

A black male entered the bank and handed a teller a note demanding money. The man implied that he had a gun, but none was displayed. The teller complied with the manís demand and gave him an amount of money that is not being disclosed at this time. The man then left the bank and was last seen riding a dark-colored bicycle eastbound on State Street.

No one was injured in the incident.

The suspect is described as 6í tall, 180 lbs., thin build, black hair, in his late 20ís. He was wearing sunglasses, a black fishing hat, dark cargo-style pants w/ large pockets, and a dark hooded sweatshirt that zippers.
