SUBJECT:BODY FOUND ALONG RAILROAD TRACKS IDENTIFIED

The body of a man found laying alongside railroad tracks in Mont Pleasant on Monday morning has been identified as 25-year-old Jeremy White of Rotterdam.

An autopsy conducted this morning could not determine the cause of Mr. White’s death. However, his death is not considered to be the result of foul play or suicide, and it is not believed that Mr. White fell from a railroad bridge that is directly above where his body was found.

Toxicology tests are being performed in an effort to determine Mr. White’s cause of death. It is unknown when the results of those tests will be known.
